Use the sysfwdownload utility which is delivered with the update to install the update. The README file contains information on the options available to this utility.\u00a0 The sysfwdownload -h command will also display help.<\/p>\n<p>Install the update as follows:<\/p>\n<pre><code># <strong>.\/sysfwdownload -u Sun_System_Firmware-8_9_10-SPARC_T4-1.pkg<\/strong><\/code><\/pre>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>The update gets sent to the service processor, the OS shuts down and the service processor stops (powers off).<\/li>\n<li>The ssh network connection to ILOM will disconnect.<\/li>\n<li>After a few minutes, the service processor will start the system (start \/SYS).<\/li>\n<li>After approx. 10 minutes (or wait until you hear the server power on), connect back to the ILOM with ssh and you should be able to login and verify the update as follows:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<pre><code>-&gt; <strong>show \/HOST\/ sysfw_version<\/strong> \r\n   \/HOST \r\n      Properties: \r\n        sysfw_version = Sun System Firmware 8.9.10
